Webmecanik Automation: Authentication impossible Friday 31st May 2024 11:35:00
We are currently experiencing an issue with our authentication system. You cannot login your Webmecanik Automation application hosted in France (only).
All seems back to normal. Incident is now closed.
Fixed deployed: applications are coming up and might be slow time to rebuild application cache.
We have found the root cause and are currently deploying a fix to this issue. The service should go back to normal in the coming minutes.
We have identified the source a localisation of the issue which impacts only ou Webmecanik Automation application, on French hosted cluster on authentication. The engineering team is currently working on a fix.
