Webmecanik Portal (login) inaccessible Jeudi 4th décembre 2025 11:55:00
Our Portal is currently in accessible. Managing the user login for the other applications, it is impossible to log into any Webmecanik application.
Campaigns and email sending are paused while webforms and tracking are still working.
Datacenter service provider (OVHcloud) had fixed the issue on the Load Balancing services.
The incident still generates some intermittent login issues.
We have found a workaround, we keep monitoring the infrastructure until we implement a final fix to the issue.
We are currently investigating an issue around the load balancer.
