We are currently experiencing an internal DNS resolution issue on the database that serves as the connection directory for our Webmecanik Automation, Webmecanik Pipeline web and mobile applications, Webmecanik Academy, and the Webmecanik Portal.

The problem has been identified at our provider, OVH, who is currently working on this major outage affecting all of their managed databases.

Since this morning, we will be able to provide you with updates as soon as OVH makes progress on their outage. Until then, please be aware that the tracking and forms for your marketing applications are still functional, as well as the processing of automated campaigns and email sends.

Now closing the incident report, our monitoring system show that all the services are back to normal.

OVH has fixed the issue on their side. All applications are now accessible and service going back to normal. You might experience some slowness on applications time that each applications services re-synchronise to each other.
