We are facing an cluster internal network issue that make impossible for the application to reach its database. You cannot access the application and all the services are currently disabled.
Maintenance operation done this morning fully restored the expected latency.
We still notice some latency since this outage. We have identified the root issue and we plan a maintenance within the next 24h (timezone night shift) to definitely solve the issue.

We switched production on slave servers. Network issues affect only master servers.
